Thank you so much 100+ Women Who Care Valley of the Sun for choosing to support Ryan House this quarter! We are so grateful for you all!
We kicked off our Q3 giving circles tonight in the East Valley. They voted to support Ryan House, a local nonprofit that embraces all children and their families as they navigate life-limiting or end-of-life journeys.
They provide palliative and respite care that addresses the emotional, spiritual, and social needs of the family - continuity of care from diagnosis to end-of-life; expert care provided by their prestigious care partners and highly trained staff; and a loving community that offers ongoing support and compassion.
The nonprofit provides support to approximately 300 families per year. It’s the only organization of its kind in the Southwest, and one of only three in the country. It costs $1,000 per day to care for a child at Ryan House. Each of their respite families are allowed up to 28 days of care per calendar year. Hospice families can stay as long as necessary. Their services are provided at no cost to families.
Thank you First International Bank & Trust and Thunderbird Charities for your continued support, we are so thankful! WM Phoenix Open
It was our pleasure to present this $37,500 donation to Ryan House, which provides round-the-clock care for children with medical complexities and supports the parents of those children in Arizona. And a big "thank you" to Thunderbirds Charities, which distributes funds raised through the WM Phoenix Open golf tournament, for double-matching our $12,500 gift to make an even bigger positive impact for Ryan House. 💙
Thank you CuddleCot for your incredible support!
We are deeply grateful for the commitment of Tracy Leonard-Warner, Executive Director at Ryan House Hospice and their care partner of Hospice of the Valley, in providing families with older children the same compassionate care as those who experience baby loss.
Tracy and her team understand the importance of offering families the gift of time using a CuddleCot for baby loss and the CuddleBlanket for infants and children, ensuring they can create precious memories and say their goodbyes in a supportive environment. This dedication to compassionate care is vital for families navigating such difficult times.
Thank you, Tracy, and the entire Ryan House Hospice team, for your unwavering support and care for all families. 💙
