Locals: I’m so happy I was able to host a feeding support group in Collegeville today.
They have a family friendly feeding room, hand washing station, place to feed your kiddos, quiet space, and endless hours of imaginative play in the play area.
I took my girls a few weeks back and they had a blast!
They are also a formula drop off/pick up location if you’re in need. The owners are top notch and care about the community they serve❤️
I've partnered with The Barn Yard to offer a pop-up in-person feeding support group Tuesday at 10am in Collegeville.
Come hang out, meet other families, and get the feeding support you need!
Come join us for our FREE feeding Support Seminar 🥰 thank you to Ashley Feeley for partnering with us to make this happen!

Target is usually my happy place, but I left feeling so sad and helpless for mamas struggling to source formula.
Informed and supported has always been my motto. Now, more than ever families need all of the help they can get to ensure everyone is thriving.
It takes a village and I’m here to offer support however I can :)
Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms out there!
I’ve been pouring 110% of myself into supporting families as well as loving and caring for my own family. For the first time in over 5 years, I left my husband with our girls for the weekend to take a break. I spent some time on continuing education, quality time with my sister, sleep, and time to reset.
It wasn’t easy, but I’m glad I took the time for myself.
Ask for help and take time for yourself when you need it. I promise you’ll be a better parent when you return.
A newborns stomach starts out so small. Colostrum is the perfect first food for your baby. It lines the gut, acts as a laxative to clear meconium, and is your baby’s first immunization as it contains immune-boosting properties and provides protection against environmental germs and internal inflammation. It also contains high levels of proteins, salts, fats, and vitamins.
By day 2-3 of life your baby will cluster feed and bring in larger volumes of milk.
This chart is helpful because it shows why babies will feed so frequently in the early days and weeks.
Frequent and effective removal of milk will make more milk.
I can often hear the struggle in a mom's voice as we schedule our appointment. It brings me such joy to transform those worries into confidence as families meet their goals. I provide information, empathy, compassion, and a realistic care plan to ensure both mom and baby are thriving.
Thank you Trulove Webworks for working so hard to create such a BEAUTIFUL design. It was a pleasure! Thank you Ashley Meier Photography for these AMAZING branding photos. I feel like I've birthed a third child with this site :)
When my oldest daughter was born I was so self-conscious to nurse in front of anyone except my husband or close family members. I spent so many hours tucked away nursing or pumping in private. After a few months, I realized how isolating it was. I'm forever grateful to the Nursing Mothers Alliance support group where I nursed my daughter for the first time in public. I was surrounded by new moms just like me. I was so nervous my daughter would pull off and refuse to latch, but she did it. We did it. That moment gave me the confidence to nurse more around family and friends. That summer I found my stride when I mastered nursing my daughter in the carrier while walking along the beach. I hope every nursing mother is filled with confidence rather than the shame society has pushed on us. Feeding your baby is a superpower that should be normalized, accepted, and celebrated.
You have the right to breastfeed your baby wherever and whenever your baby is hungry. There are laws that protect breastfeeding mothers.
Responding to your baby is never a bad thing. Nurse on mama!

I love helping families take the stress out of breastfeeding/chestfeeding. It’s an honor to be welcomed into my client's homes. Just last week, I was able to witness this absolutely beautiful setup for a baby naming ceremony. Such a beautiful way to celebrate new life. - I received permission to share this photo.

"I contacted Ashley on recommendation when I was really needing some personal guidance with feeding struggles for my 5 week old. My sweet girl was aversive and crying for all feeds. It was tremendously frustrating as we had no idea how to help her! I was totally dreading all of our feedings which made me so sad as I knew this should be our bonding time. After getting her a small dose of silent reflux medication and cleared that nothing else was actually wrong medically, Ashley provided me strategies to build back our breastfeeding relationship to be more positive. She listened, researched, recommended strategies, followed my daughters lead, and continually adapted the approach to best meet our needs. I was days away from completely stopping breastfeeding because it became so stressful to 9 months of exclusively breastfeeding and looking forward to every single time I can hold, cuddle, and feed my daughter. We truly would not be at this point if it was not for Ashley!! Ashley is patient, thorough, educated, and honestly invests herself in her clients’ outcomes. She continues to be a huge supporter in our journey and I am incredibly grateful for her time and guidance. We have learned from her as she guided us with resources, strategies, and suggestions for latching, positions, timings, pumping, returning to work, and so much more. I am so grateful for the time that Ashley invested in us to help. I will never forget when my daughter started to look up at me and smile in the middle of a feed. That smile - is why Ashley comes with the highest recommendation possible."

Happy Thanksgiving, from our family to yours.
To the parents who didn’t get to cash in on that extra hour of sleep, I see you. For those with young babies, watching for their early rooting and feeding cues is always preferable over rigid schedules. Responding to your baby and feeding on demand is never a bad thing! Good luck this week!
