I do not offer 30min Sessions because I think its a waste of time. It takes the body 45 minutes to get to a Relaxed level so I always suggest at least an Hour to start. 90 min Sessions are ideal because there's plenty of time for Clients to Relax and get to areas that need more focus/time to relieve. I only want The Best for My Clients and I'm always Happy to Explain anything you want to know about Your Massage😊
