Who says the Germans can’t make elegant, mixed-culture beers? Aenne is a beautiful hoppy saison with notes of citrus and green tea that is tart and refined expressing the terroir of the farmlands east of Münster. It’s on draft now and tasting delicious, ready to help you start your weekend.

There’s no place better to be when it’s dreary than in our cozy bierhalle where it’s beery. On tap now, from our Austrian friends, : Dry Hopped Heller Bock (Spalter Select & Perle). In one of our favorites from this experimental dry hop series, these two modern strains of traditional German hop varietals lend this beer a lovely aroma of ripe pineapple and fresh citrus atop freshly baked bread, making for a rich lager experience unlike any other. Come have a stein and cozy up with your friends around our bierhalle tables. Prost!

Come and get it, quick as you can! We’re feeling colorful and summery with this wine from the Rheinhessen. Silvaner is a hidden gem, a versatile, charming grape that reigns as one of the great grapes of Alsace and can be found around Germany as well. Winemaker Christine Huff trained at Weingut Keller before taking over winemaking from her father. They use no pesticides, herbicides, mineral fertilizers or animal or chemical fining agents, meaning the wines are vegan! This wine is bright, light, crisp, and fresh, fruity but as elegant as you please. All the lovely aromas would make it a great pairing for the Farmers Salad or Peach & Tomato Pie. Don’t believe us? You’ll just have to come try it yourself!

Tonight: we’re wishing aloha and auf wiedersehen to our Alpine Tiki pop-up with . Come sip a Python Punch from a cored pineapple for 2-3, while supplies last. Been a blast, thanks to all who’ve come out!

It’s back! Our popular Alpine Tiki cross-over with our buds at is returning for a second year, with all-new cocktails exploring the odd affinities between Alpine and tropical flavors. The event kicks off with the launch party next Wednesday, July 31 at Lorelei and will run for two weeks, through Saturday, August 10. And say, how about that snazzy new event art by ? You’ll find it on some new Alpine Tiki swag, available throughout the event while supplies last.
