On Sunday, we will be meeting for church at the Mt Chestnut Nazarene Retreat Center at 11AM. We will be live on Facebook at 11AM for some teaching on prayer followed by a time of prayer. Please share some prayer requests for 2023 and join us in person or online.

On Sunday, the Pittsburgh church is hosting our International Missions Service. We will be having songs in different languages and we will good news from around the world. We will be hearing a special lesson from Tony and Tasha Williams.

We will also be collecting our annual special missions contribution to support mission work in Malaysia and around the Pittsburgh area.

Sunday, we kick off our new series dealing with the reality of a messy community in Christ and how Jesus wouldn't have it any other way.

This Weekend was filled with volleyball and new beginnings.

On Friday, The City Ministry kicked off the fall with some volleyball and games on Pitt's Campus.

On Sunday, the Preteens, Teens and Parents enjoyed some hearty fellowship and some hearty volleyball as well to kick off the new school year.

Here are some instructions for getting to the Amphitheater tomorrow for church at Ohiopyle.

Once in the park, follow signs for the campground as the amphitheater is in the campground area.

Head to Ohiopyle State park. (124 Main St Mill Run, PA 15470)

1. Once on main st. There should be shops on your left and the river on your right. Keep driving until you get to Ohiopyle Rd.
2. Turn right on Ohiopyle Rd. Drive down Ohiopyle Rd for about 2 miles
3. turn right on Kentuck Dr
4. after about 2 miles, turn right into the campground and follow signs to the amphitheater
Service will start at 11am but please plan to arrive by 10:30 as parking will be a little tricky.

We will try to livestream but service will be limited.

The Hope For Ukraine 5K was a massive success! We were able to raise a little of $2500 dollars to help support Ukrainian refugees. Thank you to everyone who came out and special shout out to Adam McDowell, Gabby Rutkowski, Caitlin Burns, Josiah Saunders, Jack Rosenquist and Amelia Rutkowski for winning there respective categories. And of course a HUGE thank you to everyone who donated!

Tonight we will have our Annual Financial Presentation. Time to talk about what we will be doing with the money that you guys so generously give and to give vision for what we hope to do this next year. We will be on Zoom. Hey Everyone,

As you probably know, there have been record-breaking numbers of Covid-19 cases recently and we want to make sure that we are taking necessary precautions for the Family Retreat. Here are a few things to bear in mind and pass on to anyone that is planning on attending:

1. Please do not come to the retreat if you are experiencing multiple symptoms of Covid-19 or if you feel uncomfortable with meeting in person with a large group (We will find a way to refund your money if needed)

2. Masks - Please mask up anytime you are with the group (basically any time outside of your own room). This will be a requirement for our time together

3. Spread out for meals - we are suggesting that people spread out for meals together and make sure to wash hands and use sanitizer sparingly

Lastly, I want to remind everyone that we will be meeting at the retreat center in Butler (Mt. Chestnut Nazarene Retreat Center) for church on sunday. WE WILL NOT BE MEETING AT THE HOSANNA HOUSE. The information is on Facebook, the newsletter and on our website (and has been for a while). We will be live-streaming service and are asking that people not attend if they have traveled in the last 3-4 days because of recent cantagions.
