Someday my hard drives will be in the recycling and the cloud ☁️ will be filled to the brim with all the thousands of memories we have made… and I will be SO thankful for all the people who have allowed me, in small or huge ways, to let me into their moments. Even though these are from 10-15 years ago, I still have such fond memories of these times and people.

These two met in our coffee shop! Aren’t they the cutest!!? Ahhh. It was so much fun to watch them giggle and laugh and enjoy each other. Congratulations Matt and Marie!!!

I took this photo of an Albanian sunset out of a bus window a few years ago. 🚌 🌅 I am very thankful to have grown up in a family that values traveling the world 🌎 ✈️, though as I get older and have my own family, I realize how much of a privilege and luxury it is. Capturing it 📸 means I can bring it home and cherish the moment again.

Hey! I’m Katie. I am a wife, mom, extrovert and storyteller.
My husband and I met on the beach where he was surfing & I was taking pictures 🏄‍♂️ 📸. We have been married almost 16 years and we are raising and homeschooling 6 little boys together🏡 ✏️ . We think the best memories are made in the woods, exploring and camping. 🌎 🏕️ A perfect family night includes 500 Rummy and my husband’s homemade pies 🃏 🥧.
For as long as I can remember, I have had a camera in hand. Creating images for weddings, families, newborns and seniors is my dream job and I have always seen it as an opportunity to stand in awe of God and his love for mankind. His design is beautiful and capturing it is not just a form of art, but also a form of worship. My style includes lots of color 🌈, dramatic light ☀️, and relaxed, natural posing. I often travel to St. Augustine, Florida, my second home, to photograph weddings and families as much as I can🌴 🌊 .
The hardest part about being a photographer is keeping my dance 💃 🪩 moves inside when NSYNC or BSB comes on at wedding receptions. Other than that, it’s all a joy 🤩.
My husband and I own coffee shops in PGH (( )) because we treasure getting to know our community off-line. We view our crafts as more than coffee or photography; these are just the instruments the Lord has given us to create and share the authentic hospitality of Jesus. “We love because he first loved us.” (1 John 4:19) Therefore, we strive to always be growing in our service and professionalism as we create quality images and coffee for our clients and neighbors.
