At The PA Market, we’re all about celebrating fresh, local ingredients. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce our new Farm-to-Table series, featuring produce grown by none other than our owner, Anthony Dicio, at his farm, White Oak Farm. Throughout the season, we’ll showcase dishes crafted with vegetables and herbs that have been carefully cultivated just miles away.

Kicking off the series this weekend, we’re serving up a delicious Eggplant Parm Hoagie at our Charcuterie station. This dish features locally grown eggplant, breaded with Italian herbs and cheese, topped with mozzarella, and finished with our house-made red sauce - all packed into a perfectly toasted hoagie roll. It’s the ultimate comfort food with a local twist!
