Celtics Jr D Final vs Albany

Photos from Pittsburgh Gaelic Athletic Association's post 08/26/2023

Finals 2023- so much action in one weekend!

For the second year in a row, Pittsburgh sent three teams to compete at the USGAA Finals.
They battled the heat, the altitude and teams from across the country in Denver with the hopes of bringing home more trophies to the City of Champions.

The Celtics Jr D and Jr A Premier teams put up strong fights against Atlanta and Austin respectively, ultimately falling short in highly competitive matches.

The Banshees meanwhile moved up to Jr A, after their 2022 victory, but weren’t phased by the challenge. They faced teams from Austin and Philadelphia, and ended the weekend as back to back National Champions!

Thank you to our all our fans, both on the sidelines in Denver and watching via social media, the support was incredible to see!

A massive thank you to all our sponsors, especially our flagship sponsor UPMC, for ensuring the teams looked good on the fields and providing the support to get all three teams to finals!
We’ll be coming for you soon Lot 17 to keep the celebrations going!!

Stay tuned for more pictures to come from USGAA Finals!
