Yesterday marks 4 years since the opening of my acupuncture clinic. This year’s anniversary is especially meaningful as my partner begins his new business venture and I prepare to begin my journey into motherhood. We want to celebrate by announcing that Shire Acupuncture is finally on board with a few insurance companies.

As of right now, we are accepting several Tufts healthcare insurance plans.

In the next few weeks, we will also be accepting several Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.

We are currently going through the long application process with Cigna, and are hoping to be established with them in the future as well.

Most health insurance plans will cover between 12-20 acupuncture treatments per year for their members.

If you want to take advantage of these benefits before the year comes to an end, please free to reach out and see if we take your exact insurance plan.

Today marks one year since the official opening of my acupuncture clinic!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

I am so happy to report that even through these hard times, Shire Acupuncture continues to grow. Just yesterday, my new Chinese herbal pharmacy was finally finished! I’m so excited I’m like a kid on Christmas morning!!! (My adulting level has reached a whole new threshold 😆).

What’s even more wonderful, is that the new herbs in my pharmacy, which are sourced mainly from Legendary Herbs out of Boulder, CO, are helping me sleep! I’ve recently been struggling with some serious sleep issues, but these herbs have me sleeping like a baby! 😴
