Thank you to all those who donated winter gear for the women & kids at the Texas Muslim Women's Foundation shelter!!! We were so happy for them to receive the items delivered so far in these freezing temperatures!

Breaking the Barrier: Despite the Covid-19 pandemic allowing us all to reflect on our health, mental health has actually worsened among teens across the country. So in an effort to address this issue, this is the first part of a year-long campaign to (1) raise awareness, (2) create safe spaces, (3) provide resources, (4) and help develop healthy habits for your mental health.
