Chocolate Bites with Raisins and Roasted Pecans - the Healthy holiday treat that Won't Make You Crave Sweets or Overeat.

I am making these bites today as I prep healthy but yummy Thanksgiving options to have handy this week. Anyone else?

Plus: all the ingredients in this recipe have an anti- inflammatory component.

-1/2 bag (about 12oz) dark chocolate
-1/2 bag (about 12oz) semisweet chocolate (patients on the active phase replace the semisweet with dark chocolate again).
-1/3 cup raisins
-1/3 cup roasted pecans (make sure to roast them for added
flavor)
-1/2 to 1 tbsp chia seeds (this takes away from the silkiness of the chocolate but it adds rich texture and it makes the bites more satisfying).

***The quantities can be adjusted according to your preference.
Line a muffin tray with liners. Mix the melted chocolate with all other ingredients. In each cup, add about 2 teaspoons of the chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with nuts and raisins.
