Kid's Class is coming back M, T & Th in June and July! 6-8 Year Olds 9:45-10:15 and 9-12 Years Olds 10:30-11:15. Be on the lookout for more details and message us with any questions you may have!

His brother, Brad, owner of , is in a fight for his life and we would like you guys to contribute in any way you feel compelled to. You do not need to be a member of CFPC to participate in this WOD but if you send us a message we will get a waiver to you.

The Plant City Police Department would like to thank Andy and Patti-Ann Storch for their generous donation of 14 new bicycles to supplement our annual toy drive this year.

The bicycles were donated in the names of the team of people credited with saving the life of Patti-Ann after she suffered a catastrophic cardiac event on May 28, 2023 after working out:

Starting with Carol Mate, who had the wherewithal to maintain an AED at her facility and then Patrick Dudkiewicz, who just happened to be at the “right place/right time” working out off duty and let his paramedic training take over. Then to the Plant City paramedic team of Bent Benitez, Josh Gordon, Noe Guillen, and Hobie Herndon who expeditiously stabilized and transported Patti to the South Florida Baptist Hospital where she was treated by Dr. James Bartlett and Dr. Moethu Win whose quick decisions and actions concerning medical treatment are credited with the survival and ultimate recovery of Patti-Ann. Today, Andy and Patti-Ann are happy to report that Patti-Ann is back at Crossfit and thriving with normal heart function!

We applaud the actions of our fellow emergency first responders and appreciate the Storch’s family extremely kindhearted gift to our area children this Christmas season!
