We enjoyed a naturalist led hike today at Ziele Creek. We discovered a whole bunch of newts and had a chance to explore their habitat! Thank you East Bay Regional Parks for such a great program!

Our scouts had a great time out with Livermore Troop 924 building a Monkey Bridge and generally having fun outside! One of the great things about scouting is the wide age range. What fun to see cubs out with scouts bsa! 😁

In gratitude for the veterans who have served, our scouts (and parents) used their square knot skills to tie blankets for long term care residents at the VA hospital. Then we celebrated completion together with a hot chocolate bar full of sweet treats.
