Important Info for the Event:

The Annual Fun Run is the biggest Fundraiser of the year. Students will jog, walk or run for 10 minutes alongside their teachers & classmates (and participating parents, siblings and friends) to raise money for our school. Other activities include...Obstacle Courses, Food Trucks, Music to dance, Crafts/ Tattoos/ Balloons and tons of Fun with your friends and teachers. Make sure to come hungry to grab some dinner from our food trucks.

THINGS TO KNOW:
Parking: The Gingerbread Parking Lot will be closed during the event. Parking is available on Santa Rita Road, the Aquatic Center, and Alisal Elementary School.
Upon arrival, head to the Registration Table to get your runner bibs! Any runner without a liability waiver signed will not be able to participate, so please complete beforehand!
Arrive anytime after 4:30pm, but please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your child’s run time! Race Times are listed below:

Bring a picnic blanket or camping chairs to hang out and have dinner! There will not be chairs and tables available at the event.
Have your child wear comfy clothes and shoes to run! It will be warm, and to save on waste, remember their water bottles!
Runners report to the track 5 minutes before their start time!
After the race, go to the table to pick up your child’s “fun feet” necklace. This table will be open to the end of the event
Hang out with Gingerbread friends and teachers! Bring a picnic blanket or lawn chairs and grab dinner from one of our food trucks. We will be having El Gran Taco Loco, Tear It Up, and E&W Ice Cream Truck available for dinner and dessert. Please note that E&W does not take credit card.
Throughout the event, there will be music, face painting, tattoos, crafts, FUN activities with High Five Sports, and more! COME for the RUN, STAY for the FUN!

In addition to the Fun Run, we have an awesome Online Auction! Bid on Ice cream with your teacher, a ride to school with a Police Officer, various classes, sporting events, restaurant and winery experiences, and SO MUCH MORE! The Auction will end on Sunday April 23rd at 6pm.

Remember to collect pledges from family and friends - The student with the highest total Fun Run donations gets to partner with The Meadowlark Dairy to choose the featured flavor and even NAME the flavor for a day. Funds collected for this will count until 6pm on Sunday April 23rd. And, don’t forget to start bidding on our Online Auction to win some awesome items too!
