After Canada Series, Sophia Shaver Eager for U18 Worlds Sophia Shaver is a newcomer to the U.S. Women’s National Under-18 Team, so when she and her teammates traveled to Canada this August for a three-game series, she wasn’t quite sure what to expect.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at our GRAND OPENING on saturday the 13th from 9:00-5:00!
Days events include

* Plymouth Mayor ribbon cutting 9:15 am
* Tons of raffle prizes for drawing
* CCM sticks and equipment to demo
* Demos of training and programs

Acceleration Northwest is excited to announce that Rob Horn will be joining our staff and offering new LAX specific programs in conjunction with our Plymouth Facility! Please contact us to schedule a session with Rob or to get some information on our programs with him.

New Lacrosse Programs with Rob Horn available at our Plymouth facility
Acceleration NW is excited to announce we are partnering with Rob Horn to further expand our Lacrosse Training options. Rob will be one of our Lacrosse Skills Trainers and will work with lacrosse players of all ages to develop better fundamental stick skills and knowledge of the game. As a player Rob played at the University of Minnesota Duluth and was an All American in 2002 & 2003. Rob has 10+ years of coaching experience at the High School and College level where he has won 2 MN State High School Championships (Benilde St. Margrets & Blake) and 2 MCLA D2 National Championships (St. Thomas University). Rob is currently coaching Varsity at Wayzata High School.

Congrats to Wayzata's JR forward Mark Senden and the rest of the 9 MN boys on the USA 17 Team on a great tourney in Germany!

We want to announce that Acceleration Northwest will be moving locations in mid-November 2014. We will be moving inside of the New Sports Training Complex attached to Rink B at the Plymouth Ice Center. This will be a 7,500 Square Foot state-of-the-art Sports Training Facility. Included will be 2 Hockey Treadmills, 2 Running Treadmills, a larger turf area, increased weight room area and locker rooms!

This is all possible because of the City of Plymouth Counsel and the WYHA. The WYHA is the lead donor for this project. Thanks for all the support from the City of Plymouth and the WYHA. We can not wait to start having athletes roll through the door!!!
