"I joined the six-week challenge primarily because I wanted to address my high blood pressure without having to go on medication. I have a sedentary job and avoided challenging workouts because I didn't think I could handle them. iLoveKickboxing pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way possible.

This was the structure and support I didn't know I needed, and I'm amazed at how my body responded to being pushed beyond my perceived limits and to consistency. Not only did my blood pressure go down significantly, but I proved to myself that I can indeed do hard things, and that is invaluable. Thank you to all the coaches and this awesome community!"

Here's a sample healthy meal prep plan for one day:

๐ŸฅฃBreakfast*

- Overnight oats: Mix 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 banana (sliced), 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and 1 tablespoon honey in a jar. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning.

๐ŸซSnack*

- Fresh berries and Greek yogurt: Mix 6 ounces Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup mixed berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries) and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint.

๐ŸฅฆLunch*

- Grilled chicken and vegetable bowl: Grill 4 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast and serve with 1 cup mixed greens, 1/2 cup cooked quinoa, 1 cup roasted vegetables (such as broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers), and 1 tablespoon olive oil.

- Apple slices with almond butter: Spread 2 tablespoons almond butter on 1 medium apple (sliced).
