This seems to be better for littles on two naps, as well as, to beat some heat☀️

**Reminder that kiddos do not have to be in a stroller if they can walk 3-4 mph, consistently. I know with school being out for winter break, more mamas may be wanting to bring their older kids with them.
If you haven’t tried it yet, we meet in front of the Centennial Park Rec Center at 9:30am. Workout is one hour long and cost is $8.

I was reminded this again today as one of the girls was sharing with me her busy and hectic day/week a head. She mentioned how she made this a priority in order to relieve some stress. I just love how she still showed up and moved for herself even when she had a million other things she could have chose. We always have a choice but choosing to move your body in a positive way will always reap benefits. We often forget how powerful exercise can be on a day to day basis in keeping us sane🤪
I’m especially proud of Megan today who showed up for the first time with her toddler. She was understandably apprehensive, as it’s been a few years since she exercised and she had a toddler to keep in a stroller, as well.
By the end she was so proud of herself for not only showing up, but also for pushing herself through the class. She was also very of proud of her toddler & how well she did in the stroller. She couldn’t believe the majority of mamas had their toddlers with them, too!
I just love her vision of our kiddos getting to know each other & becoming friends through this group. She was very excited for their little bonds to flourish, as ours do as well. 🥰✨
What a beautiful morning we had for today’s class! Our group keeps growing and I’m so proud of each mama who shows up!!
Today we walked almost 2 miles & mixed in 7 different strength exercises while we walked. Broken up into 10 sets, the ladies knocked down over 200 reps throughout the workout💪🏼
It flew by as we chatted & enjoyed each other’s company 😊 We also got to get our toddlers out to play, after, at the big playground they have in the back. Sooo much fun! Can’t wait for next week!❤️

We had a blast yesterday for our 3rd class! I’m especially proud of Ilana who showed up with her 2.5 year old👏🏼 I know she was nervous because he normally doesn’t like sitting in the stroller for long but he loved it! The kiddos do so much better than we expect as they have fun just watching us💪🏼
Tomorrow will be our 3rd class & we will be meeting in the parking lot🙂 The rec center is closed today/tomorrow. But no worries we can still enjoy the park!

Our 2nd Stroller Fit class was today! It’s been so much fun getting this started and I cannot wait to see how this keeps growing!
I’m especially proud of Sylvia today who was so low on energy but still decided to show up this morning. She was dragging but said she felt SO good after and was so much more energized! I just know she’s going to have such an awesome day after showing up for herself. Go Sylvia!!!! 🙌🏼
