I am going to End the "War on Drugs." This has been going on for about 100 years, and that's stupid. My goal is to End Prohibition. Amendment 21-A!

One of the things that is listed in his plan, under the section on "Ending the War on Drugs," is safe injection sites. Another is the Federal change in Ma*****na Law. These two things will take us 50% of the way. By acknowledging the need for safe injection sites...we are admitting, and understanding that people are going to use narcotics, and some prefer to inject them. We will reduce the chances of death, and people will be able to have their drugs tested.
To take us the other 50% of the way...we will need to have locally produced and on the open market, he**in and coke. We will crush Big Pharma and import the raw o***m or grow poppies here, and import the coca leaves, or farm them here. Prohibition does not work, but this does.
1.) Gun Violence will end overnight.
2.)Gangs/Cartels disappear.
3.) Mass incarceration stops/millions released/records cleaned.
4.)Militarized policing stops.
5.)most theft stops immediately (due to affordable drugs.)
6.)DEA,ATF, Homeland Security abolished/police force reduced.
7.)Universal Health Care/Mental Health Care paid for by
this reduction in wasted expence, and the income from drug
tax on sales. Just the sale on Pot alone generated millions.
8.) Hospital and Emergency rooms return to normal.
9.) Opioid epidemic ended.
10.) Homelessness crisis solved by influx of money, and mental
health care and rehabilitation.
These are some of the things that we will all get to experience literally overnight in some cases, and gradually in others...you must feel the Bern. Oh yeah, please buy my book!

What Pauline Sabin did for the end of Prohibition of Alcohol, I am doing for the Prohibition on Drugs. Most people don't connect the dots. This has turned into a Global War and it's killing people everyday, incarcerating millions, and destroying the fabric of what law enforcement in society should look like.
I am about to launch my website, I hope, in the next day or two. It will have a merchant page, and it will have my book. Later I will be selling prints and related swag like T-Shirts and stuff. The Book- Amendment 21-A took a couple of years to produce, but it feels like a life's work in a weird way.

To be quite honest, Ma*****na could of, and should have, been sold right alongside to***co in machines and at every corner store, for the last 100 years. The idea that the Federal Government has it listed as a class #1 drug right next to Heroine is mind boggeling. Our Government declared war on us a long time ago, and our civil rights, and the constitution are hanging by a thread.
But, I digress. Nevada will be one of 16 States where recreational use of this awesome plant is legal, at least on a State level. In a perfect world, our bodies will belong to us again, we will be able to use any drug we want, including co***ne and Heroine, and it will be cheap, we will grow their plants of origin in the US, and we will no longer treat drug use, consumption, or addiction as a crime. All drugs that are currently illegal, will be available, sold cheaply, regulated, and taxed. It's not rocket science, but it seems like I am teaching advanced calculus to 1st graders when I talk about this subject.
If you have 10 problems, and you reduce that to one problem, isn't that better? The only problem that will remain, is that a lot of people will still use other drugs, just like they use alcohol, to change the way they feel. You, the Feds, or the DEA, will never change that, period. So let's wake up, look at Portugal, and take our heads out of the sand, and pass the "VanAmendment," That's right baby, my Amendment, Amendment 21-A. Overnight, most street crime will end, hospital Emergency rooms will be almost empty, our government would have a financial surplus like they have never seen, cartels and drug related murders caused by them would vanish instantly, DEA gone, ATF gone, Homeland Security gone, and mass incarceration gone. Law enforcement could go back to preventing violent crimes, and property crimes, and we could kick the Big Pharma right in the nuts, at the same time. And who doesn't want to kick Big Pharma in the balls?
Vote yes on #2, one small step for Man, one giant leap for mankind.
