Our young leaders embraced the pirate theme with enthusiasm, showcasing their newfound leadership skills through adventurous activities and swashbuckling skits. Congratulations to all the NYLT graduates! A hearty thank you to the Adult Leaders and the phenomenal NYLT Youth Staff for navigating this journey. 🐴 The Butte Creek Ranch staff has galloped through their training week, and they're chomping at the bit to welcome their first week of Cub Scouts! With a blend of enthusiasm and preparation, this team is ready to saddle up for a summer full of adventure, growth, and fun. We’re not horsing around—Butte Creek is prepared for an unforgettable season! 🌟✨

🌞🕶️ Shield yourself from the sun! Sunglasses, sunscreen (SPF 30+), and a wide-brimmed hat are essential. Sun protection helps prevent dehydration and elevation sickness, especially at higher altitudes. Always be prepared for the sun’s intensity.

💧🚰 Stay hydrated on the trail! Carry enough water for your entire hike plus a bit extra. For longer trips, know where water sources are and have a treatment method ready. Filters are great for small groups, while pump and gravity filters work best for larger groups.

The dedicated staff has spent the past week getting the camp ready, culminating in an evening of sharing their hopes and dreams for the summer. The 2024 Baldwin Staff has bonded, worked tirelessly, and embraced their journey to become part of the Baldwin Family. They can’t wait for the Webelos Scouts to arrive. This staff is ready!

Hello Scouting family! ⚜️ The Medic who we had lined up for this summer at Butte Creek Ranch has decided not to take the position.

With Camp Staff due to arrive tomorrow and summer camp starting soon, we're reaching out to everyone in our membership to help us fill this position, even temporarily, ASAP.
