Our goal is to aid mothers in overcoming childhood trauma by addressing their inner child wounds and learning to live in the present while letting go of the past. As a motherhood wellness coach, I provide one-on-one support to trauma survivors, and we also offer a dedicated community group. Our nervous system is always learning how to make connections. Making sure we are safe. It is designed that way. So there is nothing wrong with you. We just need to work on healing so we are less triggered to react as if danger is near when we are actually safe.
We can be so easily triggered these days. Especially, when we are still healing from things that hurt us. Although we shouldn’t live in the past, our body continues to remind us of our pain. Sometimes the pain we endured causes us to have unhealthy ways of coping. Healing is not a sprint, but a marathon. But God is saying, let the Holy Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. Let me help you into becoming your authentic self.
