As lifelong friends hailing from diverse backgrounds - first-generation Puerto Rican American and first-generation Haitian American - we have explored global cultures together, immersing ourselves in the essence of unique coffee shops.

Originally conceived as community pop-up events, destiny intervened when we stumbled upon an available space at the Trenton Farmers Market.

In Fall 2023, we took a momentous step forward by officially launching our own bean roasting operation.

The collaborative seeks to eliminate racial and economic inequities by focusing on legacy lead hazards in low-income communities and/or communities of color, while also creating the conditions for children to be free from lead poisoning statewide.
