The Merry Making Mobile will be on Palmer Square this Sunday with the Princeton Public Library to help get people moving to the music at the Women Who Rock performance with hoops, flower sticks and other fun side flow activities. It's almost time to help celebrate summer reading at local libraries where The Twirling Arcade will offer DIY bubbles and craft activities that encourage movement. First event will include Color Me Hoopy leading all ages in hoop lessons to fun music on Thurs, June 6th from 5-7pm at Robbinsville Public Library. All are welcome!!

Now, fully vaccinated and with renewed liability insurance, The Twirling Arcade is most interested in offering occasional opportunities for people of all ages to play together with our props at outdoor musical events. . We need covid-safe opportunities to re-connect and heal! Most of the activities we offer cause people to distance naturally, especially when hula hooping! Thankfully, there are local hoop dance teachers and friends who love hooping to live outdoor music who ucceed in bringing people together through the joy and flow of play whenever they show up. It's always fun to join them when I can. If you would like to learn how to dance with hula hoops Color Me Hoopy and Glitter Hoops will get you all set up! This is such a fantastic showcase of the good that comes from kids empowering one another through play and all the connections that evolve from it. I see future leaders, I see lifetime friendships, I see a program that doesn't expect perfection, but if that is what the participants want, it's supported. The Twirling Granny Sisters had a great time at a SERV wellness dsy and the East Brunswick Rlks special needs group. We will be at the West Windsor Library on 6/29 (Sat-10-noon) ,fir a family fun day.

Welcome spring! We had a great time with a special needs group at the East Brunswick Elks Club last night. It was a lot of fun in a big, beautiful space, next to a lake with a fun and grateful group. In coming months, we plan to provide activities at West Windsor and Robbinsville public libraries. Stay tuned for dates and probability of other library gigs.
