RUBY and AGNES! "stars" and ! of Ruby's Dallas, or maybe Des Moines? Daughter of a goat farmer, she went from singing for 4-H Jamboree to singing at Rainbow and Stars (in the stairwell).
Agnes dreamed of becoming a nun, but she didn't want to play guitar. So she hoofed it to Broadway (a street in Miami), where she was discovered by Burt Reynolds' agent's cousin.
