I love February for its my Birthday month and its Heart Health Month!
Not only do we need to exercise our heart, but we also need to pair it with a great

I will start 1st - I exercise 6 days a week with BFR Bands (great way to exercise without lifting heavy or doing alot of cardio!)
I eat Mediterranean protocol, try to get 7 to 8 hrs of sleep.

If your grandchild (the little ones) reaches up to you to hold them can you actually pick them up? What if they want you to ride a bike or play with them? Do you have the strength or energy to actually PLAY with your grandchildren?
One thing I have enjoyed being a grandmother of 50+ is to be strong enough to pick up my 5-year-old grandson when reaches up to me to hold him, he soon won’t want me to hold him anymore so I am grateful I have the strength and stamina to hold him as much as I can and to ride my bike and actually play with my grandchildren.
What is my secret to keeping myself strong and active? My B3 BFR Bands! I only need to exercise for less than 20 minutes. With lighter weights such as 5lb dumbbells, I can do shorter cardio workouts and get better results instead of doing longer cardio or heavy lifting workouts. I have more ENERGY and STRENGTH to keep me going each day!! And I am not putting extra weight on my joints!
