Finally ordered new updated business cards for myself that will have my new phone number as well as my work address and booking website listed on them. Yay!!! I also went ahead and ordered some really nice gift cards if anyone is thinking of just as an example, of giving their mom or wife a massage and/or reflexology gift for Mother’s Day. Depending I may be ordering more of these specialty gift cards which I will admit I totally splurged on. Each one I had to design so they’re all different but each one is absolutely beautiful and seriously cost me like $4-$7 a piece to make. But I couldn’t resist, and my clients are absolutely worth every penny and then some. They’re all handmade and support a mother & woman owned small business. If anyone is interested please just let me know and I’d be more then happy to send you the images of the cards I ordered arriving between April 21st-24th. I will of course be ordering new gift cards in bulk but they won’t be quite like these. I’m thinking I’ll be ordering these specialty cards more around certain holidays, or by special requests at no extra cost. Great stretches for low back and hip pain. These stretches help release the psoas and iliacus (both main hip flexors and some of the deepest muscles in the body). Some of the stretches will also help stretch the Piriformis which can cause sciatic pain, the glutes, as well as the internal and external rotators of the hip like the TFL. You can also do Cats pose to help with the low back, as well as Chaturanga or the cobra pose to help with stretching the abdomen and hip flexors. Remember to breathe with each stretch, don’t go beyond your limits (if it hurts stop), and make sure you give yourself enough time to do the stretches. Doing this daily can help reset the muscle memory in the muscle tissue and connective tissue being stretched.
