Learn the keys to recovery and tips on refueling your body so you can feel performance ready at all times! In this masterclass, Dr. Paulina and Coach Elise from The PATH Rehab & Performance will be teaching the importance of rest and recovery, nutrition, hydration, and more. Dancers will learn techniques to improve their recovery and gain confidence in how to properly fuel their bodies for those long competition weekends.

Masterclass: Flexibility Technique for Needles

An all-level friendly class geared toward those who are looking to progress their scorpion and needle flexibility. During this 60 minute class, Dr. Paulina, dance specialist with The PATH Rehab & Performance, will teach you easy tips and tricks to actively improve your back and shoulder flexibility as well as how to build the strength to support it. At the end of the class you will have new ways to improve your needles with real results, all of which can be easily performed at home or in the studio

Tomorrow, Friday the 13th our Legion Competition dancers will be performing at Puyallup High Schools basketball half time show! Come and support them and the local school, $7 to get in 🖤❤️
