Drop in for our adult ballroom class at 7:00 PM Thursday nights! This class is offered each week at 7:00 PM.

Please stop by the desk to check in and join us for an evening of fun and fitness.

$15 per Ballroom Class for Adults!

The cast of Beauty and the Beast visited The Dance Academy on Friday! We had kids that were new to musical theater and seasoned veterans work so hard and in 1 week, they presented Beauty and the Beast the Musical!

Addison completed her second year at the Joffrey Ballet School/Cirque Du Soleil Cirque Arts summer intensive training program in Las Vegas. She trained with Joffrey faculty and Cirque Du Soleil performers, and took classes in Equilibrium, Rings, Fast Track, Aerial Silks & Trapeze, Dance Choreography, Teeterboard, Walking Ball, Trampoline, and Stilts. During the week, the trainees got to attend the Cirque Du Soleil show Mystere, which included a private backstage Q&A session with the performers before the show, as well as observing a professional trapeze training session. The program culminated with 2 performances Addison took part in. Amazing week of professional networking and training with incredibly talented Joffrey faculty, Cirque dancers and performers.

Great day for all when Dez Garcia held a summer workshop at The Dance Academy! Two shops in one day! We welcomed wonderful dancers from throughout the area!
Everyone had a blast and learned new skills too!

Raising money for arts programs never looked so good!!
Kenny Chesney and Zach Brown among other artists delivered amazing performances at Lumen Field! Thanks to all committed volunteers that showed up to serve, helping kids stay in arts programming! We are missing two lovely ladies. Nicole and Kayleigh were at another stand when we paused at the end of our shift to take a picture!

Kaylee is at Radio City Music Hall at the KAR New York Dance Experience. Kaylee and Rachel saw Six the Musical on Broadway last night and Kaylee took a class with the Rockette’s today!
