Villanova University Annual Giving

Hannah Darensbourg ’22 was awarded a Villanova Undergraduate Research Fellowship to work in research gardens on campus in the summer of 2020. Plans changed amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and instead she conducted her research on the rooftop of her apartment building in Harlem, New York. This academic year, nearly 750 students benefitted from more than $10 million in donor-funded scholarships. Thank you to the alumni, parents and friends whose generosity makes the Villanova experience possible for so many students.

As comes to a close, we want to give a special shoutout to our Senior Class Gift Committee, which encourages seniors to give back to the areas of campus they’re passionate about. Thank you to our Committee Members for helping seniors make an impact!

Reunion Committee volunteers are passionate leaders who strengthen bonds within the Villanova community and help create a memorable milestone experience for their classes! The Reunion Committees are hard at work planning a virtual celebration for classes ending in 0, 1, 5, and 6 this June!

Details Reunion 2021 will combine celebrations for classes ending in 0, 1, 5 and 6, and will take place throughout the week of June 7-13. 

Regional Clubs are run by volunteers and bring Villanovans together in their local communities. This work is funded in part by the Nova Challenge (villanova.edu/novachallenge), a four-day giving challenge and friendly competition between Regional Clubs throughout the Nova Nation. During the 2021 Nova Challenge in February, Club volunteers rallied local alumni, parents and friends to raise over $133,000 from 1,087 donors. This support means our Clubs can continue to host networking events, service opportunities, game watches and more. Thank you to these volunteers for connecting Wildcats around the world!

In honor of , we want to thank our volunteers for all that you do to help advance Villanova’s mission. Today, we recognize our 1842 Day Ambassadors who inspired more than 930 friends and fellow Villanovans to support the University last September! We are recruiting for 2021 Ambassadors now. Volunteering is easy, flexible and impactful!

Villanova Loyalty Society | Villanova University With over 13,000 members, the Villanova Loyalty Society is the annual giving society that recognizes donors who give for three or more consecutive fiscal years.
