Karate this week, especially Saturday -

Karate this week, test preparation clinics begin On June 1, our youth ages 6-18 will be performing on the Children's stage at International Festival on Fayetteville Street in downtown Raleigh at 11:00 AM. This is a 10-minute scripted demo of basics, team kata, and simple kumite with self defense applications. 

Regular schedule May 20-25, no Yoga on Friday morning.

Dojo will be closed Sunday and Monday, May 26 and 27 for Memorial Day

TBK dojo enjoyed Asian American Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander food, crafts, music, performances at the Common Roots heritage celebration, and Sensei Cyndy got a neck tattoo (for NPR). Kind of like it!
