It's mock interview day for Marketing Class! We have industry owners and professionals come and help simulate a job interview for the students. It's a huge confidence builder and the students often come out of this experience with job offers on the spot!

Come help us celebrate the Baking and Pastry Spring 2024 graduates (and department) this afternoon at 4:30 pm for our Bakers' Row event!!
We won't be selling pies like in the picture but there will be just about everything else in the lobby of building K on North Campus.
Can't wait to see you! Thanks for your support!
It's almost time again for Bakers' Row!
Next Thursday, May 2nd, starting at 4:30pm we will be having our biggest bake sale of the year! This is a special event highlighting our current graduates' capstone project as well as the rest of the classes final projects.
The grads have to come up with their own menu, of sorts, develop the recipes and then execute them, package, and sell them to you, our customers!
We will have all kinds of categories to choose delicious foods from: breads, cakes/cake slices, mousse cakes with pretty mirror glazes, cookies, chocolate candies and confections, petit fours pastries, savory pastries, and even some things made without gluten ingredients (we can't truly say gluten free because our kitchen is not dedicated to gluten free work)!
If you scan the QR code in the photo above (or go to the website listed), you can check out our menu ahead of time. This is the first time since 2020 we are not offering online presales. So please make sure to arrive at 4:30 next Thursday May 2nd to get your goodies!
Please remember to be kind and not expect to buy tons of each item you desire. We have a lot of customers who come to this event and everyone deserves to be able to purchase a variety of things. We will not accept unruly behavior. 🙂
As always, we appreciate your support!
