Missing In America Project

Veterans Remains Organization established to deal with unclaimed veterans and
their dependents.

The MIA Project will be the creation of a network of individuals working with
local Funeral Homes, State, and National Agencies to ensure that, from now
on, the cremated remains of any unclaimed veteran will be identified, claimed
and interred in a timely manner. This will be an ongoing project and will most
likely be a cooperative effort between many voluntary service organizations.

Great job Bob!

It was an honor to meet with Bob "Doc" Protzman last week, and thank him for all that he does for our Valley .

Whether it be through his role as the Veterans Remains Officer for Madera County, or coordinating the Missing In America Project for Fresno and Madera counties, Doc works hard every day to ensure our veterans and their families get the benefits and recognition they have earned.

Thank you, Doc, for your dedication to our veterans and their families. You make a real difference.
