We are proud to announce Rebecca Baer as our new President/CEO starting April 1st!
Rebecca's experience in commercial real estate, startups, airport administration, and non-profit management is going to be a remarkable asset for our community.
Prior to moving to the North State, she promoted the city of San Jose as VP of Marketing/Communication, managed air service development and marketing for San Jose International Airport, served as Director of the MBA and Graduate Certificate Program at Ball State University,
and worked as a commercial real estate broker in Indiana.
In her new role, Baer will lead Shasta EDC in its mission to promote sustainable economic development, attract and retain primary businesses to the region, support airport development, sustain and grow the Entrepreneurial community, and enhance the quality of life for residents throughout the Shasta County region.
