We are now offering $10 Trainee classes Sunday-Friday morning and evening. Each class holds 3 spots. Our Trainee’s Tiana and Renee are having a ball getting to know all our clients!

Met Laura our new Pilates instructor, you will find her teaching mornings and Sundays. Rooted in an engineering and culinary background, Laura finds nothing more fulfilling than seeing and hearing about the amazing results Pilates has on our clients, both physically and spiritually. After desperately searching for a solution to chronic back pain from an accident years ago, and trying several forms of physical therapy without much success, she was encouraged to try Pilates. The practice had a life-changing impact on her recovery; for Laura, the most rewarding part of instructing is seeing that journey come full circle. When not in the studio orchestrating lunges and side planks, Laura can also be found at the beach tuning out to her favorite podcasts or wrapping up the day with a sunset run.
Introducing our new instructor Richelle, she will be teaching Cardio-Boxing-Pilates (Piloxing) we are very excited to add her to our amazing ASPYN Family. Her first class will be Saturday July 6th at 9:30am, stay tuned for the schedule update on our website.
Richelle believes movement is a key element to longevity, happy living, and lifelong mobility. She has trained people of all ages through the fitness formats she personally practices to keep her own body strong, flexible, and mobile.
Richelle specializes in strength training, dance fitness and yoga. She’s is a former Arizona State Dancer, World Champion Chicago Bulls NBA Cheerleader & National Champion WNBA LA Sparks Dancer. She’s also a retired Spanish high school teacher and nowadays enjoys the fun and challenge of amateur ballroom dancing.
Here at ASPYN METHOD, we offer Privates to our clients for strengthening, rehabilitation or working on areas that our clients desire. Working one on one is a great way to build up your core and master Pilates. You can sign up for privates via text on our main phone number or send us an email to schedule your session.
Meet Marina, she’s our gem in the weekday mornings and some Sundays. Hi my name is Marina and I am one of Aspyn’s morning instructors! A majority of my mornings are spent teaching and doing my own workouts but I love to do much more. I’m always finding big hills to climb with my dog Miley along with painting, spending time with family/ friends, and watching the newest shows ! I am moving soon for school but I will be back to sub classes from time to time so until then …. I’ll see you in class ! Shall we do a combo? ;)
Meet our instructor Naceem, she works as a floater and you can find her sometimes on a Friday evening or on the weekend! Naceem Navidi is a pilates instructor and licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) psychotherapist who grew up in Redondo Beach. She has worked with a wide range of persons, including Olympic and college athletes, veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, community individuals and many more. Her goal as a pilates instructor melds with her clinical thinking: to improve, strengthen and integrate the mind and body holistically. Her classes have an invigorating blend of positive encouragement, body-specific instruction, and insightful communication. She loves to watch her students become confident pilates enthusiasts who see positive results, both mentally and physically. When Naceem is away from the studio she can be found driving her daughters to and fro, experimenting in the kitchen, and trying to convince herself to get a puppy.
Meet our instructor Jocelyn you can take her classes Tuesday mornings Jocelyn stumbled upon the wonders of Pilates back in 2014 while seeking a remedy to counteract the effects of long days sitting behind a desk. Since embracing Pilates, she’s discovered a whole new level of strength, both mentally and physically. Jocelyn is passionate about guiding clients toward their fitness goals and prioritizes core, alignment, and killer strength moves in her classes. Outside the studio, Jocelyn works as a mental health therapist. She loves bringing elements of the mind-body connection into her teaching as she believes a calm mind and a strong body are the ultimate combo for living your best life!
Meet our Instructor Katrina. Hey, I’m Katrina and I teach on Wednesday evenings! I love pilates because of how it makes me feel - it’s a great way to de-stress from how busy work and life can get. I became an instructor because I wanted to show my family and friends the amazing benefits of pilates. Outside of pilates, I spend my time working as a woman in tech, walking my two french bulldogs on The Strand, and traveling the world!
Meet our instructor Taylor, you can find her teaching at our studio on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Hello! Hailing from the heart of Southern California, my journey into the world of fitness began through competitive volleyball, both indoors and on the beach. Recognizing the importance of injury prevention and holistic wellness, I turned to Pilates during my conditioning phases, discovering its transformative power firsthand. Since 2016, I’ve been dedicated to the practice, finding strength, balance, and resilience through each session. With an MBA under my belt and a career in international trade, I understand the demands of a busy lifestyle, making Pilates an essential cornerstone of my routine. Outside the studio, I find joy in cruising on my motorcycle and unwinding with leisurely walks alongside my dog, Koda.

It’s been a pleasure teaching at Aspyn Method for the past year. Our clients are AMAZING!
I started my Pilates journey 9 years ago to help with chronic pain. It was the BEST advice I’ve ever received from a doctor. Pilates has kept me going physically and is my go-to whole health and wellness medicine. Outside of the studio, I have worked for the past 16 years at the Department of Veteran Affairs as a Vision Rehabilitation Specialist. My graduate degree is in Special Education with an emphasis in Visual Impairment and Blindness. Rehab and teaching are definitely my passions. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, traveling, all things wine, and the company of family and friends.

TRIBE.LA is a boutique fitness studio offering various classes including but not limited to Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and Cardio Sculpt. TRIBE.LA was founded by Anita and Alexandra Lugliani a mother daughter team of 3rd generation Pilates instructors . Our studio was born out of our love for fitness and our clients. Too often clients find themselves choosing between Pilates ,Barre and or Yoga due to the premium pricing attached to the boutique studio experience. At TRIBE.LA our members enjoy the ability to take a Pilates class on a Monday, Barre on a Wednesday, Cardio Sculpt on a Friday and cool it down on Sunday with a Yoga class, all while still enjoying the perks and community of a boutique studio.
