Rx Partnership
Thanks for visiting!
Rx Partnership is on the road to visit our partner clinics and first stop was the Free Clinic of Culpeper! Executive Director Tammy LaGraffe and Pharmacist Eugene Triplett gave us a tour, showing how much good work they accomplish in such a small space.
Last year FCC served over 600 unduplicated patients with over 4,500 prescriptions. RxP provides 70% of their generic meds. With that cost savings, they can pilot new and innovative programs like a Diabetic Food Pharmacy - stay tuned for more information about this new way FCC is responding to the needs of their community!
Social Determinants of Health (SDH) are the non-medical factors that influence health outcomes. Rx Partnership stretches clinic dollars so that our partner clinics throughout Virginia can allocate more resources to address aspects of life that can get in the way of getting access to care.
“Addressing SDH appropriately is fundamental for improving health and reducing longstanding inequities in health.” World Health Organization
