The mission of CBU Architecture is to develop architects who demonstrate professional excellence and personal integrity, are servant leaders in their communities and who live biblically based, missional lives within the profession.

Last week the architecture program honored Mark Roberson, founding Dean of the College of Architecture, Visual Arts & Design with both the Tau Sigma Delta National Honor Society Silver Medal and an acrylic obelisk noting his innovative leadership of the architecture program. We were pleased with such a great turnout by the architecture students, alumni, and friends of the program! Congratulations Dean Roberson!

A full court press this weekend for our second Architecture symposium. We had a great diversity of speakers including scholars and practitioners from around the country as well as our own faculty and students. Topics included imagination and transcendence in architecture considering phenomena, critical technical factors, virtues, and ritual practices. A really rich time of fellowship around a central topic for us at CBU Arch.
