Nervous about what to expect at your first class? Don’t be! Legends Boxing is great for those of all fitness levels and experience. Every class is different and includes a full body workout and real USA boxing techniques. To start, we’ll help you wrap your hands, show you your stance, and the different punches.

🚨 Member of the month: Freddy! 🚨
Our June member of the month, Freddy, can always be counted on for his consistency and giving it his all. Freddy has completed 53 classes in his first 4 months, and works hard in every class. A true beginner at first, he started at zero and his boxing skill have improved immensely. Freddy plays soccer, and was looking for something fun to do in the off season - we’re glad he chose boxing and we’re happy to have him as a part of our tribe!
