- We come to your house to train you, offering discretion and privacy, while you work out with a female trainer in the comfort of your own home. -Minimal to no fitness equipment required!
-Our service area is within one hour by car, from Rochester, NH.
- We offer women a holistic approach to weight loss that includes a workout program that is completely customized to meet our clients preferences and needs. We also know that in order for women to lose weight, their nutritional plan needs to be unique to their lifestyle and needs. We ensure that all clients are provided with personal nutritional plans and continued guidance.
- Being obese or overweight isint cheap! Our bodies are not ment to hold on to excessive fat nor be sedentary. The truth is, we all know this, but most of us don't know where to even start. I am unique in my field due to the fact I have true empathy for those struggling with their weight. In my late teens I struggled with a metabolic disorder that caused me to gain 80 lbs. Due to in imbalance in the hormone, cortisol. With treatment, diet and exercise I was able to overcome my weight issues. I'm excited to show you how to incorporate a healthy diet (personalized to your needs and likes) as well as an exercise plan you love into your unique lifestyle.
The ultimate goal is that you meet your personal weight loss or fitness goals and maintain them for life!
