My baby is 2yrs old today and I can’t get her off me.. lol 🤣.
She only drinks her milk 🥛 from the tap.. smh 😅
She’s getting cut off soon 🚫 (maybe) 😕.

I’ve breastfed for about 59 months now
1st child- 8mo combo (not the experience I expected 🤔)
2nd child- 27mo 🎉
3rd child- 24mo and counting….. ⏳👶🏽

This is the last kiddo 🧒🏽 and I’m ready to be done ✅ but then again, she’s the last 😭😢.

Empowerment Day is back and we want you to JOIN US, Saturday, June 15th, 11am - 2pm! are partnering with York County Pearls of Promise Foundation and Habitat For Humanity of York County , for a day of workshops, vendors, kid’s activities, food trucks and more. There will be something for everyone at this free community event.

We’ll be celebrating Juneteenth, its significance and history. Workshop topics include wealth preservation, estate planning and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Sigma Tau Lambda Chapter will present a black men’s mental health seminar. This event is the perfect way to celebrate Father’s Day, so don’t forget Dad!

💭 Did you know that 1 in 10 dads struggle with perinatal or postpartum depression and anxiety?

Men are more at risk for Paternal Postnatal / Perinatal Depression (PPND) when:
👉The baby’s mom is also depressed.
👉He has a strained relationship with baby’s mom.
👉The baby has health problems.

This is incredibly common for men to experience. Remember, some new dads need help, too. 🩵

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and OTO wants YOU to join us for our virtual workshop, Mental Health Matters: It’s Okay Not To Be Okay. This year’s program will feature panelists Dr. Lisa Littlejohn-Hill - MBA, MA, LCMHC, A. Maurice Harvey - LCSW, and OTO’s own Crystal Agnew - LPC, LCMHC, LCPC and Yolanda Moore - RN, BSN, MBA. Our discussion will highlight the differences between mental health challenges and disorders, men’s mental health, and stigmas that act as a barrier to seeking care. We will also address the impact of hormones, menopause and post-partum depression. Mark your calendars and don’t forget to invite your friends and family. Our free, live, virtual workshop will be held Wednesday, May 15th, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm on Fb live. We’ll meet you there!
