Our Story
Studio M Team Focused Fitness Training offers fitness classes similar to those found in larger gyms. We conduct our classes in a smaller atmosphere while employing some of the most sought after fitness and exercise options available today. We offer regular fitness classes, which are open to the public as a drop in, or you can join Studio M through monthly or yearly membership options. Studio M also offers Small Group and Individual Sessions in addition to our regularly scheduled classes.
We are focused on providing a personal experience where there is a sense of camaraderie in the attainment of health and fitness goals. We believe that fitness isn't only about the weight you lose, its about the life you gain.
