I recently encountered a serious homeowner hazard and had to share!

Our dryer wasn't functioning properly, so I had someone come out and take a look at it. We found that the dryer wasn’t the issue, but our dryer vent and duct were PACKED with lint! 😮 They cleaned out TONS of lint from the ducting that runs from the dryer to the exterior side of my home.

We learned that not only does a lint-filled dryer duct decrease the efficiency of the dryer, but it is also a major cause of house fires! So, whether you're hiring a professional or picking up the DIY kit on Amazon, learn from my mistake and get your dryer vent and ducting cleaned out! 

It's so important to help keep my clients focused on what is most important to them, so they don't ever feel like they've "settled." SO happy to have found the perfect property for this wonderful client! Congratulations!! 🔑🏠
