We will be sharing a space with , an incredible woman owned company that helps you make and take home natural handmade products with customizable, eco-friendly, healthy ingredients. Their classes empower you with a holistic approach, promoting ingredients to encourage wellness and a sustainable lifestyle.

I used to think I was pretty good at positive thinking. When I felt I needed a pep talk or was a little frightened about something I was a fantastic cheerleader. Then I realized one day that my everyday voice was actually pretty negative. In response to pretty much any thought about venturing out of my comfort zone, pursuing a different career, or expressing myself freely the “I can’t do that”, “ I’m not good enough”, “people will laugh at me” thoughts would rush in and squash it.
I spent years telling myself “I can’t” and you know what? I couldn’t. I told myself I wasn’t good enough and I wasn’t. Because I didn’t even try! My limiting self-talk talked me out of even trying.

So, my question for you today is:

What do you need to stop telling yourself today?

I try to keep this in mind when things don’t work out the way I want. We can’t always see what is truly best for us, what will ultimately serve our greatest and highest good or, sometimes, we just aren’t ready. Often I have found that the Universe simply had something better in mind😊✨🙏
