Fitness Oshili Fitness Club is a local company focused on promoting a healthy and fitness lifestyle in Namibia.
Oshili an Ovambo word means ‘TRUE’ in which True fitness is born. We have created a group exercise which involves fat burning workout using aerobics dance workout routines. These routines can involve body movement done repeatedly for 15 to 20 mins, cardio Salsa, cardio jumping, running, jogging and hiking. You will burn about 450 to 800 calories in this intense fitness class.

Make him the reason to live this Christmas and even though it’s all about him, let share the joy of love for him to others this Christmas. Grab a friend and go for a walk or a run of just sit to talk and laugh and share the tears and joys you have had this year so they know how human you are and that you go through the same things they go through. Even when it’s painful to talk about it, let just do it as it releases us from the grief we go through carrying that burden! Just something I wanted to share after a great time if evening rub with my buddies and what great talks we have while we run and what great feeling after each of these runs with such conversations!Just do it! #2022

No matter how slow you go you still lapping everyone on the couch. Finished my Peachtree road race . I did it for Daddy!!! May his Legacy live on as I embrace the love for running a definite DNA put in me from Him as well as from my mother. RIP daddy! ❤️🙏❤️❤️❤️ ❤️
