I like to create visual representations progress and the passing of time.
I got a jar and put a pebble in it for every therapy session I've done so far: Approximately 6,900.

That mixed experience when you spend some time to count how many sessions you've done as a therapist, come to a total of approximately 6,900 sessions, feel good about yourself.....and then realize you've spent approximately 5,000 hours building a large and complicated website.
