•Interest rates today are where rates were prior to covid, but they are far from what are considered high rates.

•Rates between 2012-2015 were 6-7%, in the 80s & 90s they were above 10%‼️

•Those rates didn’t stop people for purchasing and investing in real estate and those who did have accumulated wealth through their investments.

•Real estate will out perform inflation❗️

•Real estate will out perform a 401k❗️

•Money in the bank will depreciate over time while equity with appreciate over time❗️

•If you are RENTING you’re paying 100% interest. None of that goes towards your future. There is no equality gain. You are paying into someone else’s investment‼️
