This week marks the last clinic days for one of Sacramento's best knee surgeons. David Coward, M.D. has been successfully treating knee injuries in the Sacramento community for over 2 decades. Starting this practice in 1983, Dr. Coward was one of the first to perform arthroscopic knee surgery in Sacramento. Thousands upon thousands of surgeries later, we can only hope that retirement treats you just as well as you have treated the Sacramento community over the years. Best wishes to you Dr. Coward!

We are pleased to welcome Nikhil Tendulkar, M.D. to our team. Dr. Tendulkar is a board eligible, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon whom specializes in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the knee and shoulder. He has completed his education with UCLA, Ohio State University and did his orthopedic surgery residency at Stanford University Medical Center and subspecialty training in sports medicine at UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Tendulkar served as assistant team physician for the Los Angeles Lakers, UCLA Football and UCLA Men's Water Polo teams. We are happy to have him as part of our premier orthopedic team. His practice will include sports-related musculoskeletal injuries, degenerative conditions of the knee or shoulder and basic fracture care.
