A series of writing workshops focused on stories of addiction, recovery and just life. Participants write about their personal stories of struggle, perseverance , moments of inspiration and the slow but steady work of renewal and healing. Fun, powerful and a great way to share your story and be heard. Sharing is encouraged but not required.

International Overdose Awareness Day held on August 31 every year is the world's largest annual campaign to end overdose, remember without stigma those who have died and acknowledge the grief of family and friends left behind.
Next week the Center will have these bags outside during open hours in honor of Recovery Month! Anyone is welcome to stop by and write the name(s) of a loved one or a message to a loved one on the bags!
