Community Corrections and World Youth Connect have teamed up to plan a youth-led, free community event celebrating successes of justice-involved youth, at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17 at the Duluth and Case Rec Center in Saint Paul. All youth 14-24 years old are invited to participate in the event's tournaments and enjoy the other free on-site activities.
