It's a feeling of self-appreciation, self-kindness, and self-acceptance that grows over time as a result of our ongoing loving actions that support our health, wellness, and personal growth.

Itโs really difficult to practice self-love but itโs an integral part of our wellbeing and figuring out which self-love practices work for us is incredibly important.

Fact: Self-Care is an intentional ongoing lifestyle, which allows us to feel, be, live at our best.

Fact: "Treat Yourself" practices-like massages and shopping sprees are great but they are something extra, momentary fix, not self-care. Self-care is not something extra, it is an essential core life component.
