I am feeling both sad and excited as I close one door and open another.

I will no longer be taking sugaring appointments. If we already have appointments booked, I am able to keep those. I am so thankful for the support from my sugaring clients these last couple years. I absolutely loved being of service to you for your facial/body hair removal and all of the stories exchanged, life updates and laughs shared. I am truly grateful 💓 For rebooking after our already booked appointments I will be able to refer you to my sister, for all of your sugaring needs 🌞 She uses the same booking system as I do, so booking should be a breeze!

This is going to open the door to put more focus into my energy and emotional release work. I have ✨thankfully✨ been fully booked these last couple months and haven’t had the time to deepen my practice. My heart lives in this work, along with my facial offerings.

I am running a special on reiki starting now through august. A full 60min and 90min reiki session includes a chakra balance and craniosacral therapy. I also offer a 30min chakra balance session at a really great price if you would prefer a quick introduction to what a 60min or 90min session will include.

My client need hydration, moisture, massage and Gua Sha for blood flow and fascia work.

I spend quite some time on the décolleté, shoulders and neck to open things up for the work I do on the face.

The result is relaxed muscles, smoother skin and a feeling of peace and rejuvenation 💕

These emotional release sessions have been so beautiful to witness. Holding the space for you to go on a journey into your body and subconscious mind is incredibly healing. I am honored and carry endless gratitude for the trust my community has in me.

Price increase coming in May. I have slowly been raising the prices as I gain more experience. I like to make sure we have enough time to go on a safe journey without feeling rushed. In person sessions take up to 2hrs and I can only do them on the weekends. Online sessions are about an hour and I can do them during my normal business hours Friday - Monday.

I am almost fully booked in May for in person sessions, but I might be able to open up a couple spots that I will post on my stories. You can go ahead and book online for in person in June.

I have people reaching out with curiosity about these sessions and say they are interested, but feeling a bit of fear around the experience. Completely understandable, given there may always be some fear around new experiences. I highly recommend starting with a reiki session as a stepping stone to feel a bit more ease and comfort going into emotional release. Please reach out with any questions. I have had a lot of interest in the buccal massage from people who experience TMJ dysfunction. For this reason, I created a 60min offering incorporating craniosacral and the buccal massage. Craniosacral is incredible for nervous system relaxation which inevitably gets the muscles, joints and bones to relax. Then we do intraoral (inside the mouth) massage to continue working the jaw muscles.

What is Reiki?

I think a more appropriate question is what is energy?

Energy is everything. And everything is energy. There is a constant vibration always happening. Movement. Energy work and energy healing modalities are used to get energy to move and flow the way it is meant to.

When energy starts to move slower than it should be, it feels stuck. This stagnation of energy can cause many different things such as pain or numbness in the body, unhealthy life patterns, repressed emotions, feelings of stress and/or anxiety, disconnection from your life force, etc.

Since everything is an energetic frequency, reiki energy (in my opinion) is a high frequency using pure love and intention to move stagnant energy.

Every reiki practitioner will have a unique treatment approach because we are all beautifully different and unique humans.

✨I am now offering a 30min chakra balance.✨
In this offering, I do a quick chakra balance. If there are too many chakras that need balancing I may not be able to get to all of them. I will do my best though 💕

In my 60min and 90min offerings I combine holy fire reiki and craniosacral therapy with tuning forks and singing bowls.

This work and my offerings are not meant for everyone and that’s ok. As much as I wish I could, I can’t help the world. But I trust the universe to bring the people meant for me into my office and into my life 💓 and I can only help you as much as you are willing to help yourself. I am not a magic woman. I cannot make all your problems disappear. I can only hold your hand and walk with you towards the path to your highest self. Towards the changes that need to happen to get out of cycles and patterns. I am not your healer. YOU are your own healer. And you are already healed. It’s about remembering how to get back to your healed state and your whole self 💛

I expanded my reiki energy to level 2 with the holy fire. It was a beautiful experience and I loved getting to learn and practice with others during the class.

I have tweaked my reiki facial offering and now have a ‘Chakra Balancing Facial’ offering.

I added a 60min offering that allows for 30min of energy work and 30min of facial treatment. The shortened time for energy work may mean that not all the chakras will have time to be balanced. It depends on the person. Everyone is different and every session is different.

Because I am so excited to share the holy fire energy healing to my community, I am offering all the chakra balancing facials at 11% off for the month of March ✨

✨EMOTIONAL RELEASE✨ allowed me to tap into my body in ways I never had before.

This photo of me in my pain, sadness and anger might make you uncomfortable. And if it does, I invite you to ask yourself if you’ve ever been able to hold yourself fully in the depth of any and all of your own emotions?

This pain that I am tapping into was held for at least 15 years. The anger of betrayal from my father led to inevitable betrayal in most of my relationships because I was never able to face and feel that initial pain. Just hold onto it with bitterness that turned into trust issues, codependency and fear of abandonment.
And underneath anger came sadness.
Heartache.
Unworthiness.

Feeling all of these emotions allowed me to gain some clarity on my issues and why I am where I am today.

I really felt like I birthed something special during this session. It was so intense. I was able to soften my heart for the failed relationships in my life and have a perspective that was always out of reach for me.

There is SO much more I could say. There was so much more that I felt. But I’ll wrap up for now and thank you for reading my words this far if you made it here 💕

The beauty and power in witnessing.

Tuning into your body to listen to what has been stored and then feeling safety to allow your body to unravel the tangled up emotional blockages in the fascia is quite the journey and soul reviving experience.

It’s like coming back home. Home is you. Home is your body. The choices you make everyday lead you down a path. Are the choices you make every day leading you home, to your body? Are they conscious choices to nourish your mind, body and spirit?

Emotional release is a reminder and stepping stone for you to come back home. To your temple. To make choices everyday that feed your highest self.

Feeling incredibly grateful for the journey that led me here. It feels like I have been climbing this ladder towards steps to my purpose on this earth and in this lifetime. I have had this dream of making my own herbal skincare line since I became an esthetician in 2014. I knew that I wanted to end up creating beautiful and pure earth concoctions to apply to my own skin and sell to others who enjoy herbal skincare.

So far I have perfected an infused oil and a beautifully balancing toner.
I have a couple more oils that I am perfecting and I can’t wait to share 🤗

The oil can be used as a cleanser and/or moisturizer. It is sunflower oil based, infused with chamomile, calendula and helichrysum. Jojoba and avocado oil are a nourishing addition to the oil infusion and it truly feels like a replenishing meal for the skin. The formula is high in vitamin E, fatty acids, omegas, vitamins and minerals.

The toner can be used twice a day, everyday, to simply hydrate and balance the ph on the skin. The base is a combination of Jasmine green and nettle tea. These teas provide antioxidants, vitamins and minerals to properly hydrate the skin.

Still working on a name that feels right. For now you can enjoy these products during treatments or purchase from me (I can ship if you’re out of state) to use at home in your daily skincare regimen 💕
