If anyone wants to put in canoes/ kayaks for Float the Goat event you can. Just park in the gravel parking lot. The boat ramp is NOT available for boats. We hope everyone has a fun and safe day.

Our Story
Todd Littleton (City Tavern) and Mikey Wetzel (Go Burrito) bought the Boat and Ski Club restaurant in late 2019 with a vision to transform it into the premier restaurant and entertainment epicenter on High Rock Lake, attracting lake denizens, county locals, people from Salisbury, and even people from out of town looking for a good time out.
Plans immediately began to renovate the building, the layout, the ambiance, the menu, the bar offerings, the event schedule....oh, just about everything! To highlight the scope of the change, and to appeal to a larger demographic, a new name has been chosen: Waters Edge Dock and Grill. We officially opened to the public on July 27, 2020.
The theme for Waters Edge is lakefront dining and drinking, with vintage waterski art for a logo and decor. This was chosen as a homage to the restaurant’s roots at the Boat and Ski Club and to the many great memories made here.
Waters Edge is not just a restaurant, but a veritable destination. Given that the property is actually 12 acres, future plans are to add an additional restaurant, a 4-bedroom Air BnB, waterfront bar cabana, outdoor music venue, and supply boat gas. Time will tell, as the plans and possibilities just keep getting better!
